  • Micro USB: the charger used to charge most vapes, although this is best for top-ups rather than full start to finish charges
  • Mix Nix: an premium labs exclusive formula that uses a mix between nicotine salts and freebase nicotine
  • Mod: another word for any non-pen style vaporizers, previously meant modification or more advanced vapes that were second generation to the first generation cigarette-like vaporizers
  • MTL: mouth to lung, is a similar draw to a cigarette where the vapour is drawn into your mouth, then a second inhale into your lungs
  • Ni: an abbreviation for nickel, a type of metal used in coils and wire to build coils
  • Nic: an abbreviation for nicotine, one of the components in eliquid which is one of the addictive substances in cigarettes
  • Nichrome: a type of wire that is constructed from nickel and chromium
  • Nic Salts: a type of nicotine that is extracted directly from the tobacco plant, as opposed to freebase nicotine. This type of nicotine allows for the Vaper to absorb much higher levels of nicotine at much quicker rates
  • Ohm: standard of electrical resistance, coils are typically depicted in ohms as well as wattage. High ohms are lower power, and lower ohms are higher power
  • Pass-through: aka pass-through charging, allows you to use your vape while it is charging
  • Pen style: mouth to lung devices that resemble a pen and are similar to the size of a cigarette, when ecigarettes first came on the market, this was the only type of ecigarette available, and now they have been improved, but are still very popular
  • PCC: aka personal charging case, is a type of case that charges your vape on the go, and can be charged beforehand, and then used to charge your vape when you are not near an outlet
  • Priming: pre-saturating your new coil to prevent burning after you have changed your coil, and put a fresh coil into your tank
  • Propylene Glycol (PG): one of the components of eliquid, FDA approved, it is flavourless and compared to the other ingredient (VG) it is thinner, and is known for carrying the flavour and throat hit
  • PV: aka a personal vaporizer, this is a term that was typically used to describe a second generation vape

  • Squonk: squonk mods are a technique of squeezing liquid from a bottle in the bottom reservoir into the cotton in the atomizer
  • Spit-back: when a tank is flooded, or not being run at a high enough temperature, or has not been filled correctly which then causes liquid to go in your mouth when you are vaping
